Getting Started Workbook for Admins

To create or edit a profile in Zoho CRM

1. Go to Setup > Users and Control > Security Control.

2. In the Profiles page, click New Profile.

3. Enter the profile name, the profile you want to clone/replicate, and a profile
description.

4. Click Create. The new profile appears on the list.
