Well now you can, virtually speaking of course, we’re not offering pilot training! If you’ve been paying attention, you’ll have seen a recent blog that is very similar to this one about Remotely. Workplace is another of Zoho’s app bundles and this one is offering a 30% discount on all free to paid upgrades until the end of this year! Thanks Zoho, for some more good news to end an otherwise pretty rubbish 2020.
So what does this one include, other than another chance to get to know the Zoho apps a little better? There is some crossover, as you will see if you compare the two.
Zoho say their email service is more than a mailbox. Tag colleagues to share emails with them rather than forwarding, for example. You also get a Calendar, Tasks, Notes, Bookmarks, and Contacts so they’re right!
Tidy channels to organise your text chat, video and audio calls as well as sharing files, images etc. You can even convert messages into tasks. Handy.
Start your conversation in a feed, then head into groups, channels or forums.
Does what it says on the tin, allowing you to have, well, meetings. Webinars can also be hosted here too though.
If Meeting doesn’t have what you need, you can use Showtime to host your webinars, training sessions and presentations.
Collaborate in real time on spreadsheets that allow you to visualise your data and automate repetitive calculations.
Another collaborative tool that allows you to make beautiful presentations.
Document editing and sharing whether in the same physical location of not!
Somewhere to store your Sheets, Shows and Writer docs among other things.
Lots to think about, right!
You wouldn’t be blamed at this point for asking which of these bundles is right for me? It all depends on what you do and how you want to do it as well as which apps you currently use. GSuite and Office 365 are the main competition here. Check out these links for comparisons.

The MOBIX team is also always on hand to help you to decide. If you are using CRM as well, you may be better off with Zoho One for instance, but that’s a whole other post on its own!
