This confidentiality policy defines and informs you of the way in which MOBIX Group uses and protects the information that you transmit to us, if any, when you use the site accessible from the following URL:  www.mobix-group.com  

Please note that this privacy policy may be modified or supplemented at any time by MOBIX Group, in particular in order to comply with any legislative, regulatory, jurisprudential or technological developments. 1. Identity of the controller

The data controller of the MOBIX Group is Thomas Soulier, CEO.

MOBIX Group may process your Personal Information:

3.  Recipients

Only MOBIX Group is the recipient of your Personal Information. 4.  Retention period

Your Personal Information is kept by MOBIX Group only for the time corresponding to the purpose of the collection as indicated in 2 above, which may not in any case exceed 24 months.

5. Computer Rights and Freedoms

In application of this law, Internet users have the right to access, rectify, modify and delete data concerning them personally. This right can be exercised electronically.

The personal information collected is under no circumstances entrusted to third parties except for the possible proper performance of the service ordered by the Internet user.

MOBIX Group informs you that it will be entitled, if necessary, to oppose clearly abusive requests (by their number, their repetitive or systematic nature).

Right to rectify data

6. Response times

MOBIX Group undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other request for additional information within a reasonable period of time which may not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.

7. Appointment of a data protection officer

MOBIX Group has declared a data protection officer.

This designation bears the number DPO-58127.

8. Complaint to the competent authority

If you consider that MOBIX Group does not respect its obligations with regard to your Personal Information, you can address a complaint or a request to the competent authority.
